Individual Player Placement Request

If you are an individual desiring to play a sport and looking for a team in the Budweiser Sports League, you have three options:
1-Use the form below if you wish to make payment now.
2-When sending a check list what sport, league, and night.
3-Under Comments, list your choices for the day of the week you would like to play.

Budweiser Sports League cannot guarantee placement of individuals, as such placement depends upon the needs of the teams.

Not all sports have each of the 'types' or 'levels' listed below during a given season. We will try to place you in the closest fit to your request.
