Grey Eagle Distributors and the Budweiser family of fine beers has been the main sponsor of the Budweiser Sports League of St. Louis for over 35 years. Budweiser Sports League was founded in 1974 and is one of the largest adult sports programs in the Midwest. Recently, Hooters has come on board as another one of the Leagues main sponsors offering special prices on adult drinks and free wings coupons.

Our mission is to provide quality recreational and competitive adult sports leagues in a fun, non-threatening, and structured environment that encourages sportsmanship and fair play. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for all of our participants. We will strive to facilitate opportunities for social interaction, physical fitness, and leisure enjoyment. Additionally, it is our goal is to provide young professionals an enjoyable and secure atmosphere to build personal and business relationships by offering special events, happy hours, and social outings.”

In Memory Of

Robert Lynch passed away in November 2007. As Director of the Budweiser Sports League for 27 years, Robert was a leader in bringing the joy of participation in amateur sports to tens of thousands of young adults in the St. Louis region. Robert was a creative innovator, and positive influence for adult athletics throughout the area. He combined the joy of healthy athletic competition with social opportunities. His motto was Play hard, but have fun doing it. He is missed by his legions of friends throughout the region.
